The paper written by Borka Jerman-Blazic, Tomaz Klobucar, Tanja Arh, Barbara Kieslinger, Fridolin Wild, and Effie Lai-Chong Law, titled “An approach in provision of interoperability of eLearning systems in enlarged EU – the case of iCamp project” has won the best paper award of the Advanced International Conference on Telecommunications (AICT) 2006. The paper is published in the IEEE conference proceedings, accessible online here.

This deliverable relates the project’s main motivation to the European policy context, describes some basic
settings and assumptions as well as the theoretical background and the conceptual approach.
